Booking Your Appointment Is Easy!
You can request an appointment online and through the Great Pet Care App, or give us a call at 704-589-7815—whatever works best for you!
We’ll schedule you into a morning (8:00 AM–12:30 PM) or afternoon (1:00 PM–6:00 PM) window based on your preference.
Once you request an appointment, our team will reach out to confirm a window that fits your schedule and our travel route.
On the day of your visit, we’ll keep you updated along the way and notify you when we’re on our way—so you have the freedom to go about your day while we bring veterinary care right to your door.
Step Two: The Appointment
What to Expect When We Arrive
Once we arrive, you’ll have the option to enjoy your pet’s appointment in the comfort of your home or inside our state-of-the-art mobile veterinary van.
We’ll give your fur baby a thorough nose-to-tail exam, discuss any current concerns, and review important preventative care needs such as vaccines, parasite prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. Together, we’ll create a care plan and estimate that best fits your pet’s needs—both for today and for their long-term health.
For pets who may need quicker attention or answers, our mobile clinic is equipped with in-house lab testing and digital radiographs, allowing us to get same-day results when needed.
